This site, a couple of years ago

Unsed company name

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

locality, locality and locality

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Inundated since site was launched. Have recently updated it due to selling business.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Get a pro to set it up.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

We are having problems already with the small size it is.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Inundated with inquiries.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Meeting the demand

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

printed on ALL our stationery.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

Increased our number of staff answering emails.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

A couple of years - plan on keeping it up & running to direct traffic to our new parent company.
